What we have been loving about the new house

This first week of school has been busy but we have been able to get done by noon and get outside. I realized doing their albums that I didn't have a picture of the kids in front of the house. The hydrangea that is left after Brad hacked half of it down is blooming and it is really pretty, it still needs more trimming once it's done. We also have a ridiculous amount of hostas along the front that are in full bloom right now too. Would you believe Brad has already done a ton of trimming here?
Along with all of the blooms we have tons of bees, the kids have started catching them using Brad's old pop bottles which the bees happily fly into unknowing that they will soon be trapped!
Jack showed Luke how to make a bee house with multiple bottles, I love how in this picture Luke is concerned with the bees but Selah is concerned about smiling for the camera.
Luke and his bee house.
They love the setum too (the bees I mean).
Can you see how many are in this picture? It's like shooting fish in a barrel!
This is our science class today.
Also this is what I have been lucky enough to wake up to in the morning the last week. The valley outside of our window is filled with mist on most mornings during the sunrise. The other day it was so pretty I had to take a picture.
It's hard to start off the day bad when this is what your looking out at!
