Spring at our house

There are lots of signs of spring at our house, right now we are watching for our butterflies to come out....
and watching for legs to sprout on our tadpoles.
We can smell lilacs all over the yard.

And we are looking forward to a salsa garden soon!  The big one will have to wait until next year, Brad has plenty of projects right now.

The Pirates

Luke's first game was last week, it was fun to see him so excited.  Every year Jack has played ball we asked Luke if he wanted to play and he always said "No thank you!" until this year.  He layed his uniform out before the game, and even slept with it one night!
His big moment, first at bat.

We are now busy with games and practices for two.  I think when we have three boys in baseball, (and possibly a girl in softball) during the season we may just camp out in the parking lot.

The Rockies

Baseball has started and Jack had his first game last week, he is on the Rockies this year.  All day he kept checking the clock to see how close the game was, he wanted to leave 45 minutes early!
This child loves baseball.

It looks like Tucker is starting early.
Luke has a game this week too so soon we will have some Pirates pictures, he is almost as excited as Jack.

Easter Pictures

Ready for the hunt.

Tucker and Daddy supervising.

Tucker fell asleep in his bouncer during dinner, every once in awhile he would wake up and start bouncing again!

Then after dinner we sat by the fire Brad and Dad had started around 1:00 that was still going, Tuck's first fire!

He is Risen!

My sister gave me the idea last year to make a tomb for Jesus to be buried in and then on Easter morning have the stone rolled away and the tomb empty.  We made it this year and so this is what my kids will be waking up to Easter morning!
I also got a cute idea this year to decorate for spring, clay buds on the ends of our branches, and we have plenty of branches so Selah and I had fun making buds.  Happy Easter, He is risen!
