My sister gave me the idea last year to make a tomb for Jesus to be buried in and then on Easter morning have the stone rolled away and the tomb empty. We made it this year and so this is what my kids will be waking up to Easter morning!
I also got a cute idea this year to decorate for spring, clay buds on the ends of our branches, and we have plenty of branches so Selah and I had fun making buds. Happy Easter, He is risen!
I love it! We'll have to do that next year. Although, I can imagine Nora taking Jesus out and putting in a few Polly Pockets inside the tomb. :)
